John Lee Ten Kei Wakizashi

A well-matched Wakizashi to the John Lee Ten Kei Katana is now available. The blade is made of hand-forged
1095 carbon steel, built up in Kobuse-cross section. Clay has been applied to the blade to make it differentially hardened. The hardness is 60 HRC at the ha and approx. 40 HRC at the mune. The hilt is wrapped with green silk in traditional

Kurigata, Kojiri) made out of buffalo horn and a high-class Silk-Sageo.

The sword will be delivered in an attractive wooden collector's box, with a printed
cloth bag, seal and certificate.
